The Peruvian presidential candidate Ollanta Humala, leader of Nationalist Party, presented a hopeful vision of Peru as a country on the rise. Humala spoke about the challenges facing Peru and his own proposed solutions, and emphasized that the country is ready to assert global influence on its own terms.
